• A “Special Order” is any order by a customer of product not normally stocked by EDCO Products and/or any product that is custom-made or manufactured to the customers specifications by EDCO Products.
• Special ordered product are to be prepaid and nonreturnable.
• All special orders of $500.00 or greater placed over the phone or in person must have the customers approval signature on the confirmation. This will not be required for emailed or faxed orders.
• All special orders must be picked up in a timely manner. EDCO Products will charge a 2% storage fee for every month the product is at our facility.
